This Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold reinterpretation. Raised by 12 months in French oak barrels, shows the red and black fruit characteristic of the grape variety (think of cassis, black cherries), but with an extra layer of complexity: hints of blond tobacco, some graphite and a hint of spice that gives it intrigue. In the mouth it is structured, with firm but polished tannins The wine has a good acidity that gives it life and a long and persistent finish that leaves you thinking. It is not the typical formal Cabernet; it has but also art.
